RETURNS/EXCHANGE GUIDE
Bought the wrong size or colour? You have 7 days upon receiving your order to request for a refund or exchange.
Criteria
- Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn) and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange/refund.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but we do allow size/colour exchanges.
Steps to take:
1) Drop us an email (info@rebelleactivewear.com) or Instagram DM (@rebelleactivewear) with your order number and the following details:
- Item you wish to return/exchange
- Item you want in lieu (applicable for exchange only)
- This is completely optional, but we would love feedback as to why you're returning the item so that we can improve!
2) Mail your item(s) back to us (the address is on your shipping label!) via a trackable method (i.e. Singpost registered mail/Smartpac/Ninja Pack). If you wish to use Rebelle's courier partners, please let us know in your email and we can make arrangements. You need to have access to a printer, and bear the courier costs should you choose to use our partners. Please note that we are not responsible for lost mail if you choose to send the item(s) back to us via normal mail.
3) Upon receiving your return package, we will ascertain if the items are eligible for exchange/refund. If so, we will either process a refund or mail the new item to you within 5 working days via normal mail for free. Should you wish for us to send it to you via courier, an administrative fee of $2 will be imposed. We reserve the right to reject your items if they do not meet the exchange/return criteria. Shipping will NOT be refunded if we reject your items. Postage costs for us to return the rejected item(s) to you will be borne by the customer.
