WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days, and thereafter, shipping (via courier) will take another 1-3 business days.

I NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact us with your order number and the date you need your item(s) for us to expedite your delivery.

CAN I PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER/PAYNOW/PAYLAH?

Yes! Please select your preferred method of payment at checkout.

CAN I MEET YOU TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

We regret that we are unable to offer self-collection and or meet-ups.

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT NOW?

We are so sorry for the error! Please contact us with your order number and we will sort this out! Postage costs will be borne by us.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Please contact us and we will see what we can do! Do note that we are unable to cater for amendment requests in your order has already been dispatched.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Yes! All orders can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receipt. However, size or colour exchanges will be subject to availability. You can check out our returns/exchange policy and next steps here.

CAN I TRY ON ANYTHING BEFORE BUYING?

We are unable to cater for fitting/try-on requests. However, we are stocked at PxD Pole Studio (Kreta Ayer) and you may try and purchase your items there. [UPDATE: Due to Phase 2 regulations in Singapore, PxD has limited capacity in their studios, and are unable to offer fittings. However, purchases can still be made in person, subject to stock availability]

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

No, we are online-only. However, we are stocked at PxD Pole Studio, Kreta Ayer branch.
